Due to Covid-19, we have had to postpone our training and launch of tours in Cardiff, Wales. However you can now discover the city in a different way!
Last year, on World Homelessness Day, we announced our partnership with Welsh charity The Wallich to launch Invisible (Cardiff). However due to the global pandemic plans have slightly changed and tours will not launch this month, as we had planned. The safety of our trainees, guides, volunteers and guests is the most important thing to us so we will wait as long as necessary before starting activities again.
However, if you want you and your family to discover Cardiff from the comfort of your own home, it is now possible! We have created a fun Activity Trail, available in our Kids’ Section, for children to learn about Cardiff, its history and culture while having fun!
Just like our other children resources, this downloadable and printable pack is free to access but we welcome donations. These are all created by the Invisible Cities Team, with input from our guides and trainees, and are designed so everyone can have fun and learn along the way.
But unlike the other Fun Trails, every donation made for the use of the Cardiff Pack, will not go to Invisible Cities, instead we will donate every penny to the Wallich as they are at the forefront of the Covid-19 response in Cardiff and throughout Wales. They support people daily and are true heroes.
We hope everyone has fun while discovering Cardiff, and that if you are able to, you can donate to contribute to the incredible work done in Wales!
