At Invisible Cities we are really excited to unveil our brand new Fun Packs for children! The packs are bursting with games and activities for children around the world to explore and discover their cities from the comfort of their own home.
At Invisible (York), we already have a special tour created with the little ones in mind. Our York Family Friendly Tour by Gavin is an immersive tour designed to spark the imagination and curiosity of children by playing old traditional games and walking in the footsteps of ancient history
Taking inspiration from Gavin’s fantastic tour, we developed Invisible Cities Fun Packs to be downloaded and printed at home so that kids can seek adventure and discovery through the magic of pen and paper. The packs include games, fun facts, quizzes and much more to entertain and educate!
The Fun Packs are free to download as we want the resources to be accessible to everyone including those who may not be able to afford activities for their children. However, we kindly ask for a voluntary donation for the Fun Packs to help support our work. Any little support is appreciated right now!
We would love to hear what everyone thought of the Fun Packs, so why not post a picture of a finished drawing or game on our social media. We are offering a FREE tote bag to all the people that tag us in the photos!

Our founder Zakia says about this new part of the work:
“We have been wanting to engage with a younger audience for a long time and we already do deliver workshops and talks in schools, or have young people on our tours. But given the current circumstances and the Pandemic we are all experiencing, having activities that the parents and children can enjoy at home, in a safe environment is amazing. We hope people do use them and contribute to the work we do in exchange. We cannot wait to hear what people think about them. They were fun to create I am sure they will be as fun to complete!”
