Is one of your new year’s resolutions to cook more homemade meals? Then we have exactly what you need!
Last October 16th, to celebrate #WorldFoodDay, the whole team at Invisible Cities came together for a cook along like no other. With the support of Food For Life, we were able to deliver groceries to all our guides and trainees for them to cook their favourite recipe from around the world!
But now, to inspire you to cook those recipes too, we have put them together in a beautiful Recipe Book, designed by the talented Art by JP
Our mission at Invisible Cities is to support people who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live happily and healthily. This includes the way we eat and cook and we believe that everyone should eat with dignity and have access to healthy products. That is why this project was important to us. Not only we had so much fun, sharing our recipes and stories but also discovering what each other’s favourite flavours were.
The recipe book includes 8 recipes from our guides from across the UK but also our trainees and some of our staff members. These fabulous dishes will take you from Australia to Algeria and the USA!
Trying one of our recipes at home? We would love to hear from you! Tag us in photos, or posts online and we will share them with everyone!
