“Hello, my name is Danny and I will be your tour guide today!” – is the opening to our ‘Off the Cobbles’ virtual tour with Danny. In his joyful and cheeky manner, Danny takes you on a journey around Manchester through his eyes sharing lesser known historical facts, personal stories of his time spent living on the streets and even some of his poetry.
By booking the virtual tour guests will receive an email with links to a trail around Manchester including photos, videos and audio files and a fact sheet. The links are available at any time to explore. We are also offering the opportunity for guests to virtually meet our guides to ask any further questions, their availability will be matched with you via doodle. This option is particularly important as our guides are really missing their tours and interacting with guests, answering their questions and sharing knowledge.
Tickets start at £7 for individuals, £15 for the whole household and £50 if you are a work team. We rely on everyone being honest when purchasing and choosing the pay option suitable for them. COVID-19 has posed a significant threat to our Invisible Cities, so we really appreciate all the support we can have at the moment.
